Dear Readers,

Knowing that most of you are NOT in North-America, the answer, blowing in the wind, might seem self-evident. You might know a bit about Asian culture, and you might know more about other cultures. But, the question…..????

Yes, truly, the answer is very obvious.

However, for those that have not spent most of their lives in North-America, and those newly arrived here in Asia, we can sum up the answer in just two videos…maybe.

So, what do you think?

Which culture do you prefer?

Or, should I rephrase the question:

Are you mostly….

1. Appolonian, or….

2. Dyonesian

And, do you carry a handgun under your shirt, weighing down your trousers, making your private part seem larger?....like what we see in North America….?

Or, do you carry a book of verse in your shirt pocket?....something we see in Asia….?

There is really just too much to say about this….because….

NOT all cultures are equal….even though everybody says that all cultures are equal, including the cultures of the rich and the poor.

I am sure this is true, and…best….

Important Note:  I think the Mayan culture was OK. And the Mayans, if you ask them, these days, think they are better than the rest of the guys….South of the Border…..

And, YES, I have driven many miles south of the border, and I have met a few Mayans. And, they say that they prefer their own culture, by far, compared to the culture of the average Mexican.

I am just telling it like it is…based on my own personal experience.

Yet, of course, my experience is not YOUR experience, and so….

What do YOU think?

FINAL NOTE:  I guess this is reason enough for anyone to leave North America, and South America, too.

Final, FINAL Note:  I love celadon ceramics….and I know that you must, too….

I do not glory in GARBAGE Culture, or…I have not done so, thus far.

There REALLY IS...something about celadon which is so very alluring......but only to some, and NOT to those riding in LOWRIDERS....probably....

In New York City back in the 1970's, when I was there, there used to be restaurants called comidas Chinas which were Chinese run small restaurants that served both Chinese and Puerto Rican food.

I lived near and worked in New York City and it's surrounding boroughs for 30 years, and next to San Antonio for the next 32. I like both cultures, eating regularly at both Chinese and Mexican restaurants and talking with the Chinese in the New York-New Jersey areas.

I relate better with the Mexican people, as I integrated a lot more with them living near San Antonio and hunting in Mexico. All Mexicans aren't low rider car enthusiasts, which anyone would know if they actually lived around them awhile. I lived, worked and worked out along side many who became friends. I would say both cultures are proud cultures but I lean more towards the Mexican in that regard.

You have to remember, what you think about things that happened back in America and Mexico aren't the same as when you were back there decades ago. Most things are pretty much the same, but with the times, some things modernize. Human needs and wants stay much the same, but with modern tools, things became easier. Cultures are all equal as far as worth, but some are different as far as how they treat women and individual liberty, as can be seen both here and in the Middle East.

Can they not see?

They will see....when.....

The West comes crashing down.

And, when it is plain enough, for even THEM to see.

It is actually a part of their culture, along with Vietnam, Korea, with a few others in other SE Asia countries, to eat dogs and cats. They all don't do it, but it's accepted to and is wrong.

I have considered myself to be Han, for many years.

The Japanese are a very insular people.

They do not understand their own culture.

Their problem is that they do not FUNDAMENTALLY understand the ORIGIN(s) of their blessed culture.

This is their main fault.

Still, I am not sure why they so much love eating fish, even on Fridays.

They eat fish and meat everyday because they aren't Catholics. Japanese rely heavily on fish of course because of their geographic location, next to the ocean.

One thing that most of my former American friends never understood about me...

They never understood my passion and love of Asian culture.

I left North & South America, when I was 18.5-yo, quite rightly, to come here to Asia...

When I left, for good, from America.....

They called me Mellow Yellow.

Best decision of my life.

I love Asia.

Never have I looked back, not even once.

IF YOU DO NOT LOVE THE CULTURE HERE....then do not come.....and this is my best advice to you...

I have not left Asia since Bill was elected, back in 1992.

Note: Bill was a Bounder. But he is not the reason I left in 1992; I left in 1971.

Asia is right for me, but might not be appropriate for some.....

One needs to get Asia in one's blood at a very early age if one really wants to feel TOTALLY at home here.
