Comunications Problems With My Server In Spain

Recommended Posts

¡Hi from Chiang Mai!

Three months ago, more or less, I posted the same problem. I had the following message when I sent e-mails.My server is in Spain.

At that time I had TOT and somebody was very helpful and told me that I had to change the SMTP to smtp.totisp.net and the problem was solved. Now I have changed intenet to 3BB(TT & T) as TOT is a complete desaster. In the same post I was told tha if I have TT& T I should use as SMTP smtp.tttmaxnet.com

I tried now but it doesn´t work.I don´t now If I dind´t copy from that post the SMTP correctly or that it doesn´work anymore.

Can somebody help me , please, with this subject?

¡I will appreciate a lot your always helpful information.! :)

Cheers,

servers worldwide were facing big difficulties due to server attacks using hacked email accounts like you may have read about hotmail today. If you have access to your server setting, or email settings change it to a more secure setting. SMPT is good but no longer enough.

I had a long conversation with my host after the server shut down a couple of times. It's especially more dangerous when on a shared hosting. Now those sites I had problems with let only mails through after they get confirmed by the sender and put on a white list.

Thanks a lot for you answers.

I removed " my server requires authentification" but still not working.I changed to TOT internet line that I still have till I see that TT& T is not the same disaster and using TOT , I can send them with smtp.totisp.net . So it should not be a problem of my server or white lists.

Thanks,

Cheers,
