I had a non imiration o visa for 1 year got a job with a work permiit .applied for an extention on my visa due to work permitt but my work is now finisheed what do have to do now?

1 go out of the country and do a visa run or just wait till have to go in 3 months?

If you are on an extension of stay they are normally one year rather than 3 months - but if you are not on a normal 90 day stamp on entry you must leave the day your employment ends or apply for a 7 day extension to pack up.

Yes - the extension of stay should be canceled the day employment ends with a letter from employer that you take to Immigration. You then have to leave and obtain a new entry or visa if you want to stay here.
