A new vacancy exists at this international, customer focused, independent financial solutions broker.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will need to research and identify new prospects to telephone, introduce the company and its services and book meetings for your consultant. Your earnings will relate directly to the number of meetings that are not just booked, but which actually happen.

Success in this performance based role therefore depends on determination, dedication and hard work. Hours, however, can be flexible; you could work part time or from home (after a trial period) as long as targets are met (a minimum of 22 meetings per month).

This role is largely commission based. On target you will earn well over B50,000 per month. You will be paid for meetings seen and receive commission on the consultant’s turnover.

You must have excellent English, a calm, relaxed and interesting/interested telephone manner and be a quick learner. You will need a pc/portable and basic MS Office skills. Open to expats or Thai nationals – fluency in English is imperative.

Previous telesales experience would be an advantage, as would a basic or background knowledge of financial services but your personality and telephone manner are more important.
