I have a 1 year Non-immigrant B visa (multiple re-entries).

My school has told me that because the visa has multiple re-entries i do not have to do the standard 90-Day reporting.

My searches indicate that everyone holding a non-imm visa needs to report to immigration. Can anyone/any document confirm that my school is correct?

Your school is correct - you only report to immigration if you stay more than 90 days without leaving - a visa entry is only 90 days and you must then exit and reture for another 90 days so you never stay long enough to require reporting. If you extend your stay at immigration and thus stay longer than 90 days without leaving reporting would be required.

The school is correct, but you will have to do border run every 90 days. Only if you were on extension of stay would you need to do 90 day address reporting.
