What's happened to the True Visions on-screen menu? Some programme menus appear in English, some with a mixture of Thai and English. All "information" on programmes is in Thai. And yes, I have programmed it all to be in English. Others having similar problems? Have contacted True to come tomorrow, but I presume others have experienced the same disfunction, lack of service, and presumably reported it?

This has only happened in the last few days.

Sounds like what has happened is someone has hit the language switch button whilst viewing the menu. The same button you use to switch languages whilst watching channels like Movie Hits, also changes the language script if you are viewing the menu.

Open the menu and hit the language button - most systems it's the button with the question mark on it.

I noticed it wa down the last 2 days on BBC news only.

It is back today with wrong times.

After ringing True Visions last night, it appeared to be fixed later, but strangely the up/down button for channels is now reversed. Anyway, interested to hear others have experienced some malfunctions too.
