How Do I Order A Dell From Thailand?

Featured Replies

I would like to order the new studio xps 13 from Dell but the Dell Thailand site doesn't have the studio line of notebooks. I've seen it at fortune but they sell an older model that doesn't have the new configurations I want. It now has an option for a 512mb nvidia card and free windows 7 upgrade that I would like.

An excellent Dell shop here in Phuket with very helpful owner, K. Sataporn (081-535-9797). He has obtained items for me many times with very unThai efficiency. I have seen some Studio items in his shop so may well have what you want in hand.

Those do not have the 512 MB graphics card which he is looking for, "only" 256MB.

I'm pretty sure that the new models with 512MB nVidia card is not yet available in Thailand, I know that our Dell distributors do not have them at least.

i think the only way to do it is by ordering from malaysia or singapore i guess. how would that work out anyway? whats the shipping and taxes going to look like? if buying the superior laptop mean spending too much more then i might just setting a preconfigured older model.
