Looking To Buy New Desktop/monitors In Bangkok

Featured Replies

I was wondering where the best value is. Native Thai's seems to not know very much about good deals on computers and everyone I ask tells me to go to MBK for the best deal, which I really don't believe to be true. There has got to be a better place than that. I am looking for either parts so I can assemble myself, or good, already constructed comps that I can buy and walk in and out that day. Also I am looking for a good deal on 24" monitors. I have been looking at various sites and monitors seem to be relatively expensive. I don't want to order anything online, just walk into the store and buy and get delivered (hopefully). If anyone could recommend a place I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, what price diiference, compared to Canada/US am I looking at? I have heard Asia in general is quite a bit more expensive for most electronics, espacially computers. I wonder how much truth there is to that.

Thanks!

MBK is not the place to buy a computer. MBK is the phone freaks paradise :)

Visit Fortune Town or Pantip Plaza.

I recommend Fortune because you can reach it easy by Underground (Rama 9 station)

and compared with Pantip you can enjoy shopping without getting harassed by touts

who want sell you "sexy movie"...

In both malls you find the "IT Center" in Pantip its on the 5/Fl. You walk in and buy your PC.

They deliver.
