Tt&t

Featured Replies

I have a weird problem with TT&T these days. I have had TOT and TT&T for quite some years. TOT works perfect with the automatic payment service in the bank. So does my electric bill. But despite 2 attempts, I have never succeeded with TT&T. I usually go to their office and pay my bill in BigC. Some month ago, they wanted me to pay the next month in advance. So I did. I got my receives as well. And every time I went there to pay my bills, it was clear I was paying for the next month as well.

So far so good. In end of July I was going away for a couple of month. So I paid in advance. I returned and ask how much I should pay now. And everything was fine. Then all of a sudden my internet is down. I go to BigC and ask what is the problem. And I see new staff working there. And they tell me I have not paid my bill. They ask to see my bill. At first I can not find it. And then I find it. And it does not state clearly what I did pay for. They tell me this is not it. And they tell me to go to the triple T office near the new bus station. So I go and have a talk. It turns out that when I paid in advance in the end of June, I paid for april and may. That is so odd to me, as they told me for like a year I needed to pay in advance.

I have throwned out older receives. It all seems like a scam to me. Anybody got similar experiences?

And when all this is said. TT&T got the better internet connection and better technicians. But their office service really sucks big time. This compared with TOT. What are the obtions. Cat telekom on the hill behind overbrook? Others?

I use TT&T over TOT for the various reason you've stated above, had an automatic upgrade from 1Meg to 3 Meg some time ago without any additional fee.

Concerning the payment with TT&T, I've had no problems with them yet (besides problems with the hardware), but certainly will

keep my eyes on the bill/invoice and contract.
