Maybe install the thai font on your computer. I presume your a Thai outside of Thailand ? I have had this problem too in the past when i lived in Holland my my stepdaughters wanted to play thai games.

As well as making sure you have installed the Thai font (in Control Panel, Regional and Language Options) also make sure you have Thai selected as the language for Non-unicode programs on the Advanced Tab.

Might be worth a try:

In Win XP:

Start>Settings>Control Panel>Regional and Language Options>Advanced Tab>'Select a Language to match the language Version of the non-unicode programs you want to use'...select Thai from the drop-down menu.

Cross-posted with triplegee.
