Hi All.

i have a need for a ISDN Video link for a court (UK) witness appearance .

i would of thought in this day and age skpye video would be ok , however the court has to direct dial a ISDN line video phone link it seems.

therefore adsl is not an acceptable method .. i guess it could be a security measure for courts.

I'm in Pattaya ,

anyone got any ideas?
