Hi guys.

I'm heading off to Chiangmai for a few months and so Im looking for accommodation around the 7 to 10,000 baht a month mark, cheaper would be nice.

Ideally something basic (air con, hot water and TV not needed), clean, roomy, with small kitchen (or allowed to cook), shady with verandah/balcony (I will be spending many hours a day in front of my notebook so a view would be nice), some furniture, close to city (in the city would be great).

Any tips would be welcomed.

Cheers.
