What condo is that? That's the Waterford Park Rama 4, near BTS Prakhanong. I would not say it is the nicest, but it is nice for the price. There are about 10-12 condo units here looking for tenants. 1-bedroom going for Bt13-16k/month while 2-bedroom renting out at Bt18-22k/month. Price ranges for quality of furnishing and view. marios Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 Try Bangkok Garden serviced apartments ~40-45K (2-3 bedrms) or Bangkok Garden Condo 2-3 bdrms 30-35K The pool and garden are fantastic. 24 Naratiwat road next to former Oakwood.
