Having A Second Passport

Featured Replies

I am german national and haave got a second passport

my idea was to enter Cambodia and Laos with it, because my main Passport is quite full

will it work out?

anything special I have to consider?

thanks in advance for any advice

cheers

you must leave Thailand with the passport you have entered the country. The one which bears the entry stamp

In case you have dual citizenship you leave Thailand with your German passport (assuming with this one you entered) and cross Cambodia/laos immigration

with the other one. That happens every day

You may have problems at land borders, I don't know about Cambodia and Laos but the Thai immigration chaps definately look for the exit stamp from the other country, no exit stamp, no come in :)

By air, no problem, I do it all the time with two British passports.
