Hello, **.

My name is Anders Olesen, , aIm educated Danish baker in

year 1996,

I have worked as a chef/baker in the danish navy, og and on board a little

coster in the Caribbean/South Amerika.

I have been traveling around the world, and the 5-6 last years I have,

primary concentrateing me in only using the French/italy bakering methods, but i

can do all style of bread.

Where i work with only sourdough, cold-raising and with no use of yeast,

sugar, fats and other preservatives.and i can make basic pastry produkt and

chocolate work to.

I have 4 years experience as a Master Baker/brekfarst chef in small luxus

hotel whit only 28 room,wher i also work a littel bit in front offise, and 2

years experience as a (GM) in a bakery and cafè(pre opening),

where I have delivered extreme good results, and have 19 people under me.I

have do 3 pre oppening in bakery, hotel and resort.

Rigt now i work as a service manager in Shangri La Villingili Resort & Spa

Maldives..
