Can't Download Attachments Anymore - Anyone Know Why?

Featured Replies

Can't download attachments anymore - anyone know what could be the problem or offer some advice ?

Thanks.

You mean on this forum? on another forum? in outlook? in outlook express? in gmail? in yahoo mail? in hotmail? or maybe somewhere else. We need a bit more detailed error description here :)

You need to be more specific... No one can offer any help if you don't provide a better description of the problem you're having.

Are you using a web browser or an e-mail program such as Outlook or Thunderbird? Which e-mail service (ex. gmail, hotmail) are you trying to download attachments from? Running any anti-virus software? Are you receiving any error messages whilst trying to download?

About a year ago had the same sort of problem, show it was downloading but did not, yet if I saved it to a USB drive there was no problem, and then put it on the PC from the USB drive..

Strange this problem disappeared when I changed the Anti Virus from the Free AVG to Avast, so could well be some sort of setting in the Anti-Virus your using
