Using Advanced Search

I am trying to track an old post:

I remember a key word;

I know the Poster; and

I know the sub-forum:

Is there a way of filtering the responses, so that you get the key word from the poster you have nominated only and not from every thread that has used the key word in that particular sub-forum.

It is not really that important, but it has become a sort of mission now, it is consuming my day

No way at all?

mouse over the orange forums button, click on the forum search button on the drop down menu.

you can do an advanced search from there, type the member in the "filter by member name" box , and then you can search by subforum and keyword.
