Is there something like a billiards club for Dutch people or Flemish.

My parents will be coming over for 1,5 months and am looking for something to do for my dad.

He loves to play regular billiards not pool or snooker if it is available in Pattaya.

Reason for asking Dutch community is that his English aint that great

There are 4 Dutch bar/restaurants that i know of in Jomtien ,so maybe they could help .

1 +2 are at the back of the Bookazine shop ,near the police box . 3 Is the Windmill Soi 5 ( but may now have a British owner ? ) and 4. Is Tulip Hotel and restaurant on Jomtien Beach Road just south of Soi 9 .
