Wish to purchase an inexpensive ID card machine. Will need for about 300 membership cards per year.

Hi Bapak,

Maybe you'd be better NOT getting an ID card machine and doing a deal with one of the many printers in Thailand. 300 a year isn't much and I'm sure you could issue members a temporary card you can knock up yourself whilst they wwait for an official card.

You could then take the list of members to a printer perhaps every month or 2 and print 50 at a time.

Proper ID card makers are around 40,000 to 50,000 Baht.

For such low turnover much better to go to a print shop...

Business - Card type printed ID Cards, Name and Date filled in by Hand cost 300 ThB for 100!

and if u use a notebook/laptop/pc in the club, use a finger tip reader for member control...

I am looking to do card with photo and typed name. Would a printing shop do that?

These days just about ever tinpot shop I walk into, the staff have ID's with photos.
