I've looked online and seen hundreds of options and I need help. My 3 requirements 1. Good convenient Location, 2. Air conditioning 3. Western plugs/hot water

I'm looking to spend in between 750-2000 baht a night for a single night,

2nd night I've a room booked for studio 99 serviced apartments...

I'm also a long-term Montri fan. My first stay there was about 20 years ago, with at least 4 or 5 visits every year since.

Service is so focused and friendly and you always get real answers to your questions, and of course the rooms are always so clean. Agree, the wi-fi service is always tops. Restaurant pretty good also.

When my granddaughter was smaller, the service staff always asked if there was anything they could help with. Real Lanna hospitality.

My last visit was only 6 weeks ago and the mini-van pickup service was still free during the day, but there is a 150Baht charge if it's mid-evening or later.

Thanks for the ideas

Montri was good, location perfect, wireless (very important;) )was fast.

I stayed at this serviced apt... called studio 99 which was about a 6 minute walk from Montri

it was 1,500 baht a night but it was brand new, huge, very nice and of course had the fast internet connection :)

Totally overkill for a single traveler but if you have 2 or more or you plan to stay longer term it would be perfect

NOTE: What you see is what you get in the photos, very nice place
