Help Me Find A House In Chiang Mai

I am looking for a house in Chiang Mai.

Need a house in which there are: 2-3 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, garden (?), refrigerator, fully furnished. 

Must be a high-speed Internet.

Good if there is a washing machine and microwave oven. If in mooban is fitness center and swimming pool - good. If not - "may pen ray".

Location does not matter, but preferably in a clean and quiet place. 

I watched the suggestions of some developers offering new homes, but an e-mail for some reason no one answers (such as office projects Kornkanok).

The budget of 10000-13000 per month + internet + electricity.

if you are staying for a year or more you should at least be paying 2 months deposit,so if your monthly rent was 10k then you should pay 20k deposit.3k is to low

I think many rental houses price 10,000-13,000 baht in Chiang Mai, please find them on google link or contact chiangmaihousetoday if you need.
