I'm in Khon Kaen and my TOT 4 meg has been dropping in and out all day since I got up. It's never been this bad before. Anybody else experiencing problems?

Only had the TOt 4Mb connection for 3 days.

The first day was great, 3.8Mb download speed, even from the USA! BUT since yeaterday it seems to have been locked at 1Mb. Even local downloads and speed tests cannot get above that.
