Acer Notebook 15.000/20.000 Baht ?

The cheapest Acer notebooks are about 15.000 Baht. What extra do I get if I spend another 5000 Baht on an Acer notebook, does it make a lot of difference ?

You should make a checklist what your notebook should be able to do. And then look how much it will be to get this. The price alone is good for nothing. But if you just want to spend a certain amount of money to get rid of it then it helps.

Buy Atleast Core 2 Duo, 2 GB Ram, 320 GB HDD

I was shopping for a laptop earlier this year, it came down to Acer and Compaq/HP.

I chose Compaq. For 15,000b I could have an AMD processor. For another 4k I got a dual-core Pentium, more disk space and more RAM. One of those situations where paying a little more gets you a lot more.

I don't mean to be sarcastic, but this question is best answered by you paying attention to the details of the models you're looking at. If you're only differentiating them by price you'll probably get screwed.
