90 Day Reporting At Rasa Tower

Featured Replies

:) Today I went to Rasa Tower 2 on Phaholyothin Road (near Soi 19) to do my 90 day reporting.

What a great surprise. No line, no hassles, friendly fast service.

I was in and out of there in about 3 minutes, no kidding, 3.

Thanks to all the folks who posted info about this place. I appreciate it.

They're moving in January, but till then, I recommend it for anyone living and reporting in Bangkok.

You were fortunate. It has been reported taking an hour when the office gets very busy.

Way back when before i trusted the HR dept at work i used to do my own reporting at Jomtien.... was always less than 5 minute ordeal.

Topic title amended to reflect Op's visit to Rasa Tower.

Does anyone know the Christmas/New Year opening times bearing in mind their move to new offices. I need to do my 90 day report on 3 January (a Sunday) and would prefer to do it on 29 December as I'll definitely be in Bangkok then. Presumably the old office will be operating "normally" until Thursday 31 December, closed 1/2/3 January and then re-open at the new office on 4 January. Anyone know different?

That is an incorrect assumption;

There was an ad in the Bangkok Post last week, and also signs up at Rasa Tower saying their last day open is the 24th and that they will be closed until the 4th of January when they will reopen at the new address;

Chamchuri Square

18th Floor

319 Phaya Thai Road

Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330

You can either go to Rasa Tower on the 24th or wait and go to the new office on the 4th. I still believe there is a +/- 7 day window for reporting. You could also go to Changwattana on the day you'll be in Bangkok and want to report, but Rasa Tower will be closed.

I was also in and out of Rasa Tower very quickly and I had 5 passports with me, for their 90 day reporting. The rest of the lines and the entire office was stuffed with people, but no one was queued at the check in line. FWIW it took me far longer to walk from the Phahon-Yotin MRT station to Rasa Tower than it did to check in.

This is the phone number and email of the BOI Office at Rasa Tower, check before you go;

Thanks Tod. 4 Jan is my first day back at work so I'll pop over to the new office and hope that it's up & running!
