Need To Find A Flight Out To Singapore

Featured Replies

I am looking for a BKK-SIN-BKK ticket flying one the 1st of december. Most of the airlines are full (for the next few days as well) and those which are not like Tiger air are charging THB16K! And Singapore Airlines is going for THB 50K! That's triple what I normally pay.

Would it be better if I leave it to the very last minute instead (i figure it canot get any more expensive than it is)

fly to Kuala Lumpur and connect to a puddle jumper to Singapore.

If you can not find a low puddle jumper fare from KL to Sing, I suggest taking the BUS from KL to Sing. Its a very comfortable ride on the highway all the way.

Malaysia Airlines has seats available via Kuala Lumpur for about 7000 baht on December 1st. Contact them directly or even a travel agent.

sorry but what do you expect ?

it's the main school holiday period now for both Singapore and Malaysia.

as another member said, try to get a ticket to KL, and then take a luxury-Bus to Singapore.....

Thanks for all the comments. Malaysian airlines is indeed do-able and much cheaper than 15K but downside there's a transit of around 2 hrs (will try that next time there is time on my hands). But its a blessing in disguise....looked around and managed to get Cathay Pacific business class at 16K! Apparently there is a promo going on now. I cannot reconcile with the fact Tiger ticket is still going at 15K and rising. There must be some scam going on indeed!
