anyone know where i can find teak and other exotic wood planks?? f.e.q grade or f.a.s is what im looking for

Not sure your terminoligy f.e.q or f.e.s ?? but if you take the Huay Yai road of Sukhumvit (Na Jomtien lights) go about 8km, just past the big Huay Yai temple approx 300m on the left and right, yes both sides of the road, next to the K9 junction, loads of timber, new and reclaimed, planks, posts, shingles, everything wood really.

f.e.q stands for first european quality its the highest grade teak on the market f.a.s stands for first and second these grades are right below f.e.q

Not sure if the place i mentioned comes up to that level of quality but they sure do have a lot of lumber, check it out.
