Hi dont know if anyone can help on this one. Trying to load back on a copy of Sage instant acoounts ver 10 onto a new laptop using windows XP. Never had a problem before but as i load the programme from the CD (proper copy not fake) all the stuff loads ion fine then a message comes up saying configuring OBDC then it just hangs on that and wont move on? any ideas Sage are usless and cant find an answer anywhere else

Here is a long shot, did you load the odbc drivers from MS office i.e. Excel? If so they maybe they are the 2007 version and Sage is looking for the 2002 version?
