I have been in Thailand 6 years renewing my Retirement Visa each time with no problem. I notice on the Immigration web site they have a link to where you can register via their website and after successful registration go on to complete an online visa extension, including up loading documents. The purpose being you will be allocated a date, time and queue number to turn up on the appointed day at the Immigration Office. I went through the process submitted the form which then disappeared in the "ether" without giving the required information of date time and queue number. Any body else had the same experience.

I do not believe that system has been officially activated and is still in test status - and appears to have been moved to background during the office move.
