I compiled the clip from Thailanguage.com.(เฉลิม + พระชนมพรรษา What happened to (ma) syllable?, I don’t hear it.

The /ma/ syllable is missing. พระชนม์ is pronounced [พระ-ชน], but when it's compounded as พระชนมพรรษา, it should be pronounced [พระ-ชน-มะ-พัน-สา]. Perhaps it's common to pronounce it as the voice in the file does; I'm not sure. But it's not technically correct, according to the Royal Institute Dictionary.

Thanks for the reply. I found an audio of it done correctly in a VOA story about the King being born in Cambridge,
