I think it is near PRC and Payap's smaller campus on the that small road that runs over the ping river. haha...does that help?

I saw signs for it pointing down the road in between Wat Prasing and Oasis Spa. Never been to check it out though.

I heard that they were promoting a parade for National Common Sense Day (NCSD) Starts at hospital on south west corner of the moat, will travel counter clock wise, on 1/4 every year at 0600. This time of start is so as not to disrupt traffic. Probably see a lot of the past class members and graduates at this annual get together, champagne breakfast to follow finish of the parade (route still under negotiation)
