The last couple of times that I've passed this abandoned site I've noticed a new signboard for the contractor and a newly painted site entrance gate and lately a tower crane has been erected.

Could this be the (re)start of the project?

They were one of the main sponsors of the Jet Ski races that just took place on Jomtien beach, so maybe they have found some cash!!

I guess it is just a sign that start collecting some more down payments.

I thought it might be a similar tactic, a bit of paint on a gate and a tower crane don't really cost very much.

Well 2 months have gone by since my original post and there's still no activity on this site.

The tower crane boom has not even changed position!
