Rimmer Posted December 11, 2009 Share Posted December 11, 2009 Pattaya, December 11 [PATTAYA ONE NEWS] : On Thursday, the Mayor of Pattaya, Khun Itipon, opened the 3rd Annual Pattaya International Balloon Fiesta which is taking place from now until 13th December at the Thammasart University Pattaya Campus located just off Highway 36 close to the Bira International Racing Circuit. The event is featuring 50 Hot Air Balloons from 10 countries and the 3 day event also includes a Miss Balloon Beauty Competition, a Para-motor display and a Kite competition. On day one, the crowd’s numbered in their hundreds and more are expected over the weekend.
