Language Exchange, Anyone?

Featured Replies

Hi, my wife and I are 24 and teaching English in Bangkok, and are interested in learning some Thai. Is there anybody who would be interested in meeting a couple of times a week or something like that and doing an exchange...some Thai for some English (or Italian or Spanish are good options as well)?

We live on Lat Phrao, fairly close to Chatuchak Park, so meeting in the Northern end of the city or along the MRT line would be best.

There is a Thai language exchange group that posts on this forum (do a search). The meetings might be too far into town for you, but perhaps some of their members live by you and would be willing to meet up.

Thanks, I found them. I will probably check them out, but I would like to also do something more often than just twice a month.

So you are trilingual?

Yup, basically. Italian and English are first languages for me. But many Spanish speakers also mistake me for a native Spanish speaker as well.
