I'm currently using ISSP's 1mbps connection, which is great considering there is barely ever any downtime and i usually get the full speed, dloading at 100kbps.

however i currently pay around 1000 baht per month which is expensive considering its 1mbps. at the same time, its GOOD 1mbps, not the crap i've been hearing about TOT and TRUE.

i noticed that true currently offers 8mbps at around 1199 if i'm not mistaken. hypothetically it should be 8 times the speed i'm getting, which i'm sure can't be true. nevertheless it should still be faster in general right? what do you guys think? since i'll be paying the same should i just make the switch to TRUE since it shud still be faster?

my main concern is torrenting and online gaming (latency/ping matters the most, not download speed). I also mainly access international sites. comments welcome, thanks!

If True can service your line, go for it. Even if your line cannot get 8mbps, it should be able to support 2-4mbps at a cheaper price.
