Whats the penalty for a 2 year old on a non O mulitple overstaying? My child's visa is good until May 2010 but her stamp expires on Jan 6 and she needs to do a run to get a new stamp. Problem is my parents just came into town unexpectedly, they were traveling in Japan and decided to come down at the last minute, and will only be here for 2.5 weeks and i hate to remove there grand daughter from them even for one day. So if she was to overstay her stamp what would be the consequences???

My wife's stamp ends on the same day but she had already made plans to visit a friend who's getting married in S'pore and i was planning on taking my daughter to get a new stamp. Also, I leave the Kingdom monthly for business so my stamp is always current. Any advice on my daughter would be greatly appreciated.

No penalty whatsoever for children up to 14 years of age.

Passport will be marked, but this is no issue, and no fines levied.
