Interested in renting a condo a year and a half before it is finished?

The post does not make any sense. Who would want rent a condo that is still 18 months away from completion? :)

A flipper selling his booking papers. Bt8,800 per month is the installment to the developer as payment for the remaining booking deposit.

No details on how much deposit has been paid, how much deposit outstanding, and the remaining amount to be paid on transfer (if it happens)... :D

A person who would like to buy some property may be interested!

Where does it say anything about rent?

The deposit and other details will be discussed later, after any potenial buyer emails the stated address.

Obviously only people with long term futures in Thailand would be interested.

Its a great deal and allows 18 down payments before the full price needs to be paid in cash or with a home loan.
