Getting Non-b In Phnom Penh

Featured Replies

Has anyone tried getting a Non-B visa in phnom penh recently? I will be going there to apply for one in the next couple of weeks. I know it might be easier to go to Penang or Laos but I have not be back there since 95 so I also want to see how the place has changed.

I tried searching but it seems there have not been any posts about PP in the last year in regards to Non-B.

Also can anyone help about the required documents? I am the 49% percent shareholder and Managing director of my limited company and the thai shareholders are just on paper. The usual way it seems to be done here. So I am not sure how to proceed with the below :

4. Invitation letter from a company in Thailand (original)

(The letter must be typed in the company's letter head and singed by authorized

person)

5. Employment Contract (follows the form of Labour Department, Ministry of Labour, Thailand)

I have reapplied for a work permit, (lost due on renewal to incompetent business consultant) so I can show the old one as well.

Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

The following link details the paperwork required to obtain Non-B visa in the region. Is likely to be single entry first time round. You may also need to show Form WP3 receipt (showing new WP applied for) to consulate:
