lazygourmet
Having some (long time) issues with one of my internet provider, I contacted this government agency yesterday morning and problems are (apparently) already solved today. LuckyLew
What were the problems? Who solved them? How did they solve them? Edited January 15, 2010 by LuckyLew
lazygourmet
What were the problems? > constantly loosing connection with (ex) MaxNet, which never happened before they became 3BB Who solved them? > a morning phone call to 02-6346000... they contacted their main office -thing that we tried to do for the last two months, but in vain- How did they solve them? > same day in the afternoon 3BB workers (still wearing TT&T uniforms!) came home with a new adsl router, changed all outside cables... and gave us a FREE wireless router & FREE 10mb upgrade as an apologize! Now, it works as a charm

infernalman7
Called them once. They are very pro-active as well. Love how the government finally gets it right.
