Need Business Development Manager - European

The hotel online marketing company in Bangkok is now opening for the European candidates who expereinced in sales & marketing. This position has to focus on the marketing distributution especially in European market.

The role combines both business development and the management of existing distribution accounts requiring excellent organisation skills, the ability to work pro-actively on your own initiative and the ability to establish relationships and influence decision makers at all levels.

Function description:

  (Key destinations in Europe) <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Negotiate and making deals by: affiliate model, search engine submission, pay per click, link submission, web advertising and sponsored content; <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Analyze activities, measure success and report results; <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Manage relationships with partner sites; <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Monitor market developments relevant to the travel web industry and Agoda, research and report on findings;
  
• Arrange and attend client meetings with key distributors in order to secure deals
  

Skills/experience required:

• <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Fluent in English both written and spoken; <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Native European spoken with the other additional European languages preferred <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Commercial focus, sales driven, result oriented; <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Creative, persistent and outgoing personality, eager to learn; <LI style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in" class=MsoNormal>Excellent communication, negotiation & reporting skills;
