I have a Logitech V450 Wireless Nano, the one with the tiny receiver.

It worked so well the during the first month of use but it suddenly started going crazy on me. It would work for a few minutes then just completely freeze. Windows 7 would then show a message saying that the USB device can't be recognized.

I have tried using the software and driver from their site but it did not change anything.

Fortunately, I still have the receipt for this mouse. I was just wondering where can I go to have this replaced or repaired. Is there any shop in Pantip that deals with such problems?

If you still have the receipt for the mouse why don't you take it back to where you bought it from. No other place will be interested.

I have two of these mice, one for my laptop at home and one for my works laptop. I've never had a problem with them, in fact I think they are the greates thing since slice bread.
