You will have no problems.

If you have a valid visa in your passport it would have to be canceled. If you are talking about a used visa you can always obtain a tourist visa. There are no restrictions on having one visa after another visa.

Those people who are getting the free tourist visas are you getting multiple entry or only single entry?

It depends in the Consulate you apply.

Officially the MFA promotion of free tourist visas relates to single entry visas only but, as said, some consulates are applying differently.
