Non Imm B Application - Company Profile/ Business Operation

Featured Replies

I'm getting everything ready for a Non Immigrant B visa application and understand most of it, eg WP 3 etc.

Can anyone give me guidelines on parts 3 and 4 as stipulated on the MFAT website (copied below)?:

" 1) business registration and business license

2) list of shareholders

3) company profile

4) details of business operation"

I'd like to know the details of what they are asking so as to get it right first time (I imagine there's nothing worse than turning up at an emabassy in KL and finding out you haven't included the right info).

What information is sufficient?

We have tried ringing MFAT, Immigration and KL Thai Embassy and get no pick up or redirected to one or the other, never an answer - very frustrating and pretty poor really!

Any help much appreciated - thanks

3) company profile

4) details of business operation"
