Okay, so I'm looking at going to Singapore to make a new Non-B visa, but I just got blindsided by the cost. Is it true that it's really 500 SGD, which is over 11K baht? It's only 5,500 baht in KL and $175 USD, which is about 6K baht in the U.S. Did I just receive wrong information, or is Singapore really this expensive. Looking for someone that's recently gone there for a multiple entry non-b. Thanks.

SGD 500 relates to a 3 year Non-B visa. One year multiple entry Non-B visa costs SGD 250.

This link lists required documents for visa issue, but do be aware that the consulate has a history of changing requirements at short notice, so best to check. Most people seem to chose to go to KL if they have a choice.

Be aware that the 3 year multiple non-B is only for business meetings.

You can not get a work permit on that visa.

Goodluck actually getting issued anything more than a single entry B in Singapore.

Can you point me in the right direction as I see nothing about 3 year visas (which I know exist) in your link.

torrenova: have a look at this link (MFA website).
