Why is it that in the tourist mecca that is Patong its impossible to find a public rubbish bin on the street ?

put it on your back pocket until you get home....

but seriously, there's usually a bin outside 7-11 or tesco

or the like.

you can also dump some rubbish next to the food stalls/carts,

they have a rusty metal bin sitting around there somewhere

attracting the roaches.

In Bangkok at least a lot of trash bins were removed after a couple bombs were placed in them a couple years ago
