For the past half hour I get this re-direct note:

Did router reset, re-entered login info but nothing helps.

Strange thing is that the router now shows a down speed of over 4 Mbps whereas we are on 3 Mbps. But I can't log in!

Why don't you try to call TRUE. Their support hotline is 1686.

Problem has been resolved.

They upgraded our line from 3 to 4 Mbps and during that time a log-in failed.

Now all is okay.

I should learn to be more patient before I panic.
