nikster Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 Yesterday evening I finally called TOT after the internet was down for 2 or 3 hours - almost didn't because in my past experience that never helped. Well - 15 minutes after my call, the internet was back up. This morning, I got a call from TOT, asking if my internet was OK now!! Major revamp of TOT customer service?
