It looks like typical Thai snake oil medicine -- claims to cure everything. It "increases your blood" and cures spine and hip pain, increases appetite, cures you of being a weakling, cures stomach pains, cures tightness in the chest, cures constipation, gives you a good night's sleep. Surprised it doesn't claim to cure cancer.

I'm sure lots of old wives swear by it.
