Sorry but a bit of an oxymoron. High speed and Samui. If, and its a big if, you can get those speeds then be prepared to pay big bucks. Normally you only get half the download speed for uploading. Other people here might know better. You get used to it being off for periods of time as well. Then there is the power outages to consider as well. You do get to live on a beautiful island though so when you have no internet you find other things to do
