Is it even possible for someone without any special education or thai speaking to get a work visa in thailand?

There is no visa that allows you to work. A visa allows you to travel to Thailand, a work permit is what allows you to work.

To get a work permit you must first find a job, which isn't easy if you don't have any education. Basically you would need skills (education) that a Thai doesn't have before you would get a work permit, let alone be interesting for an employer.

Many people in your situation try to get a teaching job. But that is something you have to like.
