Looking for a reading stand like this

probably too much to ask for with the second one but products similar to the first must be available somewhere.

I wonder how hard it would to make something like the second one?

or any of the street/independent bookshops?

No point in trying to help you out by visiting any of these places if you already tried there... but you don't say if you did or not.

B2S is the most likely place to have "accessories" like your items.
